We, as a society, are starting to realize that money and success are not everything. Soon, we may find ourselves in a situation when our bonuses and pay raises are for nothing, as we have no drinkable water and breathable air.

But how can you react to such a phenomenon when you manage a company whose business is only about money? Is it even possible to connect and merge a traditional bank's financial goals with Sustainable Development Goals proposed by the UN? Moreover, what is your opinion as a future employee? Does an employer need to be socially and environmentally responsible to attract high skilled workers or is it just a "nice to have"?

Come to the workshop with the CEO of a bank to debate about responsible banking and other ESG activities. If you feel that climate change needs to be addressed immediately, come and find what are the barriers that keep us from being carbon neutral today, and put the environment question in the business context.
